This module includes software, manuals, and training and coaching capacities for the internal operations of organizations, such as financial bookkeeping, management information systems, survey software and so on. The following subjects are covered:

1. PMER - a tool for Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting (PMER). It includes: (a) MONITOR, a project management information system both in Excel and SPSS for development of monitoring forms, storage and processing of monitoring data and monitoring overviews, (b) SURVEY, a tool for development of surveys, storage and processing of survey data and survey reports, (c) STANDARDS, a set of quality rules, best practices and norms and standards for PMER, and (d) BUDGET, a tool for the design of project budgets (with line and Results budgets per project year).
2. Finance - describes a financial software package, the financial administration we have made in the software specifically for NGO's in developing countries, and the custom made handbook for use of this administration in the software.
3. Human resources - provides human resources manuals that national and international NGO's can use as a basis for developing their own human resources manual.
4. Management - this part is still under development; will provide a manual for managers of NGO's in developing countries based on Covey's '7 habits of highly effective leaders' and experiences of senior managers of local NGO's in developing countries.
5. Office - will provide a manual about general office tasks.
6. Logistics - will provide a logistics manual for NGO's in developing countries
