Stichting Connect International

Connect International works with a highly professional financial ERP software package developed by a large commercial IT company in the Netherlands. The package is available in the languages English, Dutch and French. In this software we have developed different types of financial administrations suitable for different types of NGO's. Our own partner organization SHIPO in Tanzania and several other local NGO's work with this software and the administrations we developed in it. We also work with it ourselves. We have developed a manual with the software custom made to the administrations we programmed in the software. An organization can therefore easily learn how to work with it. As this is a highly professional package it requires dedication though to introduce it. The result however, is an improved financial administration that generates a multitude of standard ánd custom made reports for financial management, a professional stock administration and other features important for running an organization properly.

Additionally there is a very strong and user friendly tool for very easy development of project budgets (we have given it the logical name Budget), that also allows for easy and quick adaptation of budgets during the project design phase and whenever budgets need to be changed. Budget provides automatically generated Results and Line budgets.
