PMER BASE is a management information tool in per project one can:
- plan the project, its results, products and all product activities,
- store data from monitoring of product activities and finalized products (both qualitative and quantitative),
- store summary financial data,
- structure the data into user friendly reports for different users and at different levels of detail.
PMER BASE is a highly flexible generic system that can be used in any type of organization. Within PMER BASE one develops an administration which is custom made to the organization, its projects and its products. You can obtain the software from us for free. Also the PMER manual which we are developing is highly user friendly and self instructive. Following carefully the instructions int he manual will, we believe, bring you a long way in using the software.
