Managers of implementing NGO's in developing countries have a multitude of tasks and functions. Above all however they need to provide leadership to the people working under them in a proper and respectful way and develop and maintain relationships with parties of importance in the work done. Connect International is developing a manual specifically for managers in implementing NGO's in developing countries based on some of the best management works worldwide enriched with experiences and knowledge of managers of the partner organizations of Connect International.
