Summary

Our Budget Module is one of the most practical and useful tools we have. It is excellent when you are developing a project budget or when you need to adapt an existing project budget!

With our Budget Module you can design and manage a project budget as follows:

Enter the Expected Results of the project and general project data, incl. name project, date start project, currency and annual inflation rate. if you want you can also enter for each Result the products that together make the Result
Enter the cost groups, their units and unit rates, as well as the percentages of the Total Budget for admin + overhead and for contingencies
Per Result fill in a line budget determining for each cost group the number of units required (e.g. no. of international senior staff days, no. of international junior staff days, no. of national manager days, no. of car days, no. of air tickets, etc.). If desired it is also possible to make line budgets for each product type of each Result.
Budget provides a Result based budget in different levels of detail per project year and an overall Line budget per year, including and excluding voluntary and beneficiary inputs.
Changes can very easily be made by adapting the numbers of units for the cost groups in the Results line budgets
