This module provides a methodology for capacitating local NGO's towards a higher level of competence. It is a general methodology, not only for NGO's working with the SMART Concept. The final step though, which comprises capacity building with regard to the issues the organization has prioritized and is in need of most, is focussed somewhat more on organizations that do implement the SMART Concept (or plan to do so).
