Two draft manuals are included:

• A manual for school construction, explaining to field staff what their tasks are in each step of the school construction process.
• A manual for the operation and improvement phase, explaining how a school can be facilitated to improve a number of things in the school, covering topics like: development and implementation of a school maintenance plan and school improvement plans (e.g. a school hygiene plan, a school education plan, etc.), workshops with teachers, and so on.

The manuals are in a draft form and we would be delighted if organizations are willing to suggest adaptations, new subjects etc. to us so we can further work on the manuals. The manuals can be downloaded here for free.
