Technicians and professional masons making tanks themselves or facilitating communities to make such tanks
The manual describes how small simple water tanks varying in size from 400 to 10.000 liters can be produced out of burned bricks. Such tanks can for instance be used for storing rainwater collected from roofs or groundwater pumped from wells or boreholes for drinking water, drip or other types of irrigation, etc.
